CONTEXT: Course Introduction

Group Room 4. (with Jérémie McGowan)

The 2015-2016 PhD School CONTEXT Course introduces a range of practical, conceptual, critical and methodological lenses for understanding, thinking through and carrying out advanced research in the history, theory and practice of architecture, design, urbanism, landscape and related fields. A working concept of “methodological bricolage” serves as an underlying critical-creative framework for interrogating and reflecting upon issues of collecting, analyzing, communicating and authoring research using a mixture of established and experimental means.
